My motivation:

For over twenty years, I am active as a trainer for various martial arts and self defense. In teaching the many associated aspects, I was always made clear, are related to what extent external and internal attitude. Movement patterns, posture, physical abilities and limitations correspond in many cases with personality, internalized beliefs and lifestyles. In this context, I met both in individual and group lessons and in my own training, in competition and exam preparation as well as with the guidance of seminars.

addition to the regular practice of sports and my professional training I was looking for a suitable method in the field of body work that these relationships have on the subject. And I came upon the Grinberg method, which has addressed me by its very practical and structured approach and their Unencumbered awareness of religious and spiritual embellishments.

is now also my professional focus on the body work. As a practitioner I offer after learning of the Grinberg Method. The knowledge that I have acquired over many years of involvement with martial arts, I pass on as a personal trainer. Since my training as a hypnotherapist I have in my work with clients, these very effective method available.
