My motivation:

For over twenty years, I am active as a trainer for various martial arts and self defense. In teaching the many associated aspects, I was always made clear, are related to what extent external and internal attitude. What it is:

The Grinberg method is devoted to the relationship between physicality and internalized behaviors. The holistic approach to teaching and learning method provides for opportunities to reduce physical discomfort and restrictive patterns of behavior.

Physical symptoms and undesirable behaviors are often the result of automatisms, which were eintrainiert over time and are usually not consciously perceived. We tend to always assume the same posture to face a certain way of our environment and to breathe in a certain way.
