Depressive disorders are among the most common diseases. Nearly 20% of the population suffer at least once in a lifetime major depression. We still know relatively little about this common disease.

We examine various characteristics of the course and risk factors for depression, especially if left behind, despite clinical improvement discrete residual symptoms. To investigate the processes underlying this precise, we investigate the relationship between many different factors, such as tension and relaxation as well as benefits during a concentration task. The aim of our study is to investigate the concentration and information processing of individuals with a history of depression. The results will contribute to a better understanding of this disease and could possibly give way to better treatment options level for patients with depression.

To investigate these relationships more closely, we are looking for people who were sick when we have a unipolar depression and whose last major depressive episode at least six months back. Patients should not be older than 57 years.

is voluntary participation and confidentiality is guaranteed in full. For the effort, participants will also receive an allowance of 40 €.
